CTPark Amsterdam City is open for lease

CTPark Amsterdam City is open for lease. The first XXL city hub’s shell and logistics infrastructure are ready. The finishing touches will be put on the inside in the coming weeks. The complex will open in early 2023.

CTPark Amsterdam City is a unique building by Dutch standards, says Remon Vos, CEO of CTP, owner of the complex. ”It is designed to make ‘last mile’ distribution to and from the center of Amsterdam and surrounding cities faster, more efficient and zero-emission by boat, electric truck, bus, car or e-bike.”

Construction of the six-level ‘last mile’ cityhub in the Amsterdam port area started three years ago. ”It’s great that construction has progressed so far that we can start filling the cityhub,” Wim Beelen, initiator of the XXL cityhub, is delighted. ”I hope we can do that with users who share our passion for working more efficiently and sustainably, using less energy, and achieving lower CO2 emissions. And who, in the future, wants to see how they can serve the city together.”

The cityhub comprises 125,000 m² of storage and ‘last mile’ distribution space spread over two floors. Further growth of 80,000 square meters is anticipated. INDUSTRIAL real estate partners have been appointed to lease the building.

CTP is taking its time to fill CTPark Amsterdam City with users. ”Everything is possible and allowed in the cityhub,” says Remon Vos. ”Companies will find all the space they need to carry out all their business activities, from storage, production, and packaging to the distribution of their products. Users from the whole breadth of facilities that a city needs, from e-commerce, food sector, catering to construction, can go there.”
